Capt. Jason Turk: An old cop who is very sexist and demeaning toward women on the force at Angel City. He is also the SWAT team commander. Turk should have been off the force and resents the fact that they gave him another female officer. Not only have that, but she was going be his second in command which is a cardinal sinned in his book.
Officer Jermanine Turner: He is the rookie of the group. He is an eager officer ready to fight. However, he is not savvy on law enforcement and the rules of the unit.
Officer Karen Lee Welch: She is a no-nonsense woman of the group and Elisa new partner. Karen is often fascinated by Elisa due to her Amazonian size. She is happy that she is in group but tends to gives hints that she maybe bi-curious.
Sergeant Melvin Holmes: He is the unit's Dispatcher and Missions Contact. He is considered Turk's right hand man but he is real not. He hates Turk with a passion and was the reason why Officer Welch is still with the team. He has privy to Turk's info at any given time.
Detective Kevin Parsons: He is the unit's trainer and co-field commander. He prided himself to service to Angel City and hate all stranger that come to disrupt the city. He has a passionate dislike for the LLD since he hate government control agencies (which the LLD is not) and the fact that Super-heroes are causing "real" people to become lazy in the sense of Basic protection.
Officer Kim Chang: Chang has served with Parsons for many years. However, he does not share the same views as him. He is a fun loving guy who takes his SWAT work seriously. He tends to hit on Welch and Amazonia a lot to boost his confidence in approaching women.
Lieutenant Elisa Masters: A LLD field commander who is taking a leave of absence to go back to her home town to give back to her community. Unfortunately what she remembers as a peaceful small town is now a crime ridden city which despises her for leaving when she was 16. Most of what she knows is gone and she needs to learn to adjust to everything being much smaller and less tolerable than being in Chicago with the LLD.
Ivanna Masters (AKA Queen Amazonia I): Elisa’s mother who is the current ruler of the amazons of the mythical city of diamond. Ivanna never told Elisa about her royal heritage and her monarchy status. Since she has complete the Amazonian Ritual which made her 6’5” tall for life outside of the city of diamond to live her current husband, Ivanna treated most of Elisa’s pubescent changes as freak of nature happenstance instead of normal puberty for an amazon. Ivanna never breaks communication with her empire. However, she will have to turn the crown over to Elisa when the Amazonian Society deems her ready.
Robert Masters: Elisa’s father who is a brilliant engineer in the area of agriculture. Robert met Ivanna in a freak mishap while working in the Amazon basin in Brazil with a team trying to restore animal habitats in that area. However, this meeting led him to discover the city of diamond. Because of his discovery, most of his team died due to Amazonian Tradition of secrecy and seclusion. However, Robert was spared the fate of death as he helped Ivanna and some of her close friends to save the city of diamond. During this adventure, Robert fell in love with Ivanna. However, by Amazonian laws, Marriages were only allowed under strict conditions among the commoners of the city.Unfortunately, Ivanna was Queen at the time. But as a mean of proving his love, Robert underwent the Amazonian
ritual of warrior hood to be treated as an equal. This display convinced the council of elders to allow the marriage.
Amy Michaels: Elisa’s best friend during childhood who was there for support during Elisa’s school days during time Elisa’s low self esteem and puberty. She was the only person in Angel City that knows about Ivanna’s and Elisa’s true origin as amazons since she was fascinated about the myth behind them. In a way, she enjoyed being with Elisa and felt that there was a Xena and Gabrielle bond between them. However, Amy also had some bi-curious feeling towards Elisa which became more apparent in High School. However after High School, Amy married a local doctor and started a
life outside of her amazon fantasies. However since Elisa’s return to Angel City, Amy fell back into the role of self image and life guidance councilor and love for Elisa. This recent change has Amy’s husband concerned since this behavior never manifested itself during their relationship.
Queen B (Real Name: Ida B. D’hoe): Queen B was a created AI/human composite named Ida made by a lonely geneticist who was starve for female attention. The geneticist gave her superpowers to protect him from danger and made it so that she would take care of him as a protector and lover. However as she became more aware of the world, her AI went away from the robotic responses and change into real human emotional awareness. In essence, you could not tell that Queen B was not completely human. This human awareness led Queen B to fits of rage and anger as she got to know her creator better. However, the geneticist noticed that as Queen B gets angrier the more her power increased. Her creator was constantly calling her a Bitch because of her behavior toward him and she soon adapted the name Queen B. Eventually, Queen B ended up slaying her creator in a fit of rage due to a moment of infidelity with another woman. This started her career of crime and hatred toward men.
Bag Lady (Real Name: Wilma Bagley): Wilma Bagley was once a known inventor and an avid collector of art. However after some misfortune with various companies using her inventions without paying her royalties, Wilma went bankrupt and was force to be homeless. After a few years of being homeless, Wilma developed a psychological hatred toward mankind due the treatment she has received since losing everything. So she begins to collect anything and everything in which she junk into weapons of mass destruction to cause havoc on all who mocks or scorn her. Due to mental illness from homelessness, she became known as the Bag Lady.
Tyler Charles: Tyler Charles is a billionaire playboy who is also the crime lord of Angel City. Tyler, like most crime lords, keeps himself clear of any direct contact of all crimes done by his organization. However, there has been a lot of evidence pointing to his involvement in drug trafficking, prostitution, illegal gambling, and bribery. When Elisa returned to Angel City, Tyler began to become more curious about the freak of nature as she was known in her childhood. With the vast resource he had, Tyler wanted either to create clones of Elisa or come close to creating an army of super powered being using her DNA that he could branch out his crime all over the world. Tyler now puts efforts in various crime patterns to set traps to capture Elisa and force her to due his bidding.
Jonathan Mason (AKA Silverbolt): Jonathan Mason, AKA Silverbolt, is not only Elisa’s former commander. He is her boyfriend to the most extent. Jonathan is very loving toward Elisa since the first day they met and understood her where others despised her. However due to life and circumstance, Jonathan could not break free from a lot of the commitments he has as the head of Xigency Enterprises and he duty to the LLD. But he maintains his relationship with Elisa even beyond her choice to go back home to Angel Falls. He stays in contact and makes sure that her and her family is taken care of when things are needed. Jonathan and Elisa are still trying to work things out so that eventually one day they can be married.
